Free Sheltie Classifieds Rules

While we would rather make this site as user and people friendly as possible many Sheltie related sites have been shut down due to 'bicker' and 'back biting'. We do not wish this site to become a place to air grievances and such. So a few basic rules will apply for all submissions.

We reserve the right to decide who can advertise on this site at all times.

1. No postings that 'flame' another breeder will be allowed. Any postings that come to our attention with this intent will be removed and the submitter will not be allowed to post again.

2. Breeders that follow standard common practices of testing parents, working within a loose set of rules that most breeders follow will be allowed to post.

3. Puppy Mills, Back yard breeders, Brokers, etc. will not be allowed any kinds of posting.

4. All pups and adult dogs sold on this site will be offered with 72 hour health guarantees and some form of genetic health guarantees. When you submit your ad you are offering this automatically, so please be sure to indicate your guarantees on your ad submission. This includes all Stud Dogs listed in our directory.

5. All submissions for Classified ads must include the following:

Your name and location (City/State/Province)

Your phone number

Your email address and website address if you have one

Dogs name, colour, sex, parents, testing, guarantees and optional to include price.

We will return emails to those that do not include these items.

6. All Stud dog submission will include:

Dogs name and registered name

Colour (including white or bifactoring)

Stud Fee(s), Breeding Fees, etc. US and/or Canadian fees required.

Guarantees

Your name and location (city, state, province)

Notes on what your dog is strong at producing. And a list of titled offspring is optional.

URL and Email.

All ads will remain on the site for 60 days with resubmission prior to the end of the 60 days allowed to continue. Modifications or removal of ads upon request. We will endeavour to update the site daily. There are two moderators at this time and more will be gained as needed to keep this site and running and FREE.

7. Other Items for Sale -- this can include, but, not limited to: Rescue organizations auctions, sales, items that you are not using anymore that are dog show/performance/grooming/etc. related, pictures, magazines, etc.

8. Sheltie Services can include but not limited to: handling, travelling, etc. We leave this area up to you to decide.

9. All photos must be under 100K in size for the site. We reserve the right to downsize photos at our discretion.
